Your staff is exceptional! TIFFANY was extremely patient and helpful when I called to get directions TWICE because I got turned around in OKC. (Totally lost!) After being two hours late , I fully expected to have to reschedule BUT DANIEL still managed to get me car serviced while I waited. During my wait , STEVE was kind to give me a ride to run a time sensitve errand. Ya'll really do go above and beyond the normal. It's refreshing and greatly appreciated. Thank you!

All staff, even those I had no reason to interact with, were outgoing and personable and available to help. Daniel was good to communicate what my vehicle needed in a very pleasant manner. James was gracious to allow me to wait to pick up my car/ return the loaner later than planned due to numerous tornadoes in our area. Kim in Service has always been friendly. The cashiers were pleasant and accommodating. It was nice to see Mr. Cooper available to visit with customers. Ray Keitz and Franklin, my sales team, were as outgoing and friendly as ever.

First let me say that I have been purchasing cars from Jackie Cooper for the last 20 years. I live in Tulsa love dealing with the
staff at the Nissan location. My son attends OU and was in Edmond on Sunday afternoon a few weeks ago and had some car problems with his BMW. Your BMW tech Matt stopped and assist him, as father two hours away I can not tell how much that blessed me. The next day we towed the car to your location and Kim contacted me to let me know that Matt would be performing the service work. Kim was great keeping me updated on the work. When we came to pick up the car Kim made me feel just like I do when we are home dealing with the
staff at the Nissan location. Thank You and all the people at Jackie Cooper BMW for confirming the reason why I purchase my cars from a dealer that knows that its all about the service after the sale.

I live and work in Des Moines, Iowa permanently, but have spent a majority of the last 4 months commuting back and forth between the DSM and OKC areas on a weekly basis. On my most recent trip south, I noticed I was in pretty bad need of a service. I called your dealership half an hour before I hit Edmond, in the middle of the afternoon, to see if there was any chance of sneaking in (not expecting much of a chance). The service coordinator did an excellent job of not promising anything until she checked to be certain there would be time enough to complete the service work needed, which I really appreciated. (And I'm also glad she didn't go with the 'stop in and we'll see what we can do' type of approach!) She was friendly and straight-forward; which I know, after working as a new car sales manager for years, is not always easy way, but the right way every time. The service advisor was also top notch, and did things with the same honest and friendly ap proach. In addition, I was also quite pleased with the thorough vacuum and wash performed on the car. Lastly, I thought the customer lounge at the store was outstanding, a very comfortable place to wait. My entire experience at Jackie Cooper BMW was an excellent one, as the staff made it that way. I didn't anticipate writing an entire chapter's worth of feedback, but I know how difficult it can be to keep people happy in your business and think the kind of service I received should not go without some kind of recognition. Thanks again for the great experience; I certainly know where I'll be having my BMW serviced in the future!

Except, I am on to you. You let me borrow the nicest sweetest 328i BMW making me want it, need it, love it. SO I am on to you. You did that on purpose to get me to ache for a new BMW, the ultimate driving machine INDEED! Smart marketing. Get me to bring my OLD BMW which I love in hopes of getting me to want a NEW BMW which I would love as well. It worked! Except right now I am paying for a PhD. I was reading in Consumer Reports about customer satisfaction regarding car repairs at the dealer vs. an independent mechanic. I was stunned to see that the satisfaction at a BMW dealer was overall 73%, and with the independent mechanic was 84%. This is not the case with the Ellis family!
